Quality Standards
What we expect from every product on A E T L I E R
1. Materials & Construction
Products must be made from materials that are accurately described. Construction must be sound: seams, finishes, and hardware must meet industry-appropriate standards. Items must be free from defects that would affect wear or safety.
2. Labelling & Care
All applicable items must include care labels and, where required, composition labels. Information must be correct and legible. Customers must be able to care for the product as intended.
3. Imagery & Description
Listing photos and descriptions must represent the product accurately. We may request physical samples for assessment. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the platform.
4. Compliance
Designers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including product safety and labelling requirements in the jurisdictions they sell to. A E T L I E R reserves the right to remove products or suspend accounts that do not meet these standards.
